More than a tour of an historical cellar and much more than a simple wine tasting: it was a journey through 4 generations, an impeccable welcome to find out a long family story that with great passion and dedication has managed to promote the territory in the best way and produce some of the most appreciated wines in the world. 

The Cellar | The story begins with a distinguished character, Mr. Luigi Einaudi - President of the Italian Republic in the early 50s - and continues through the years with investments, projects, innovation and at the same time respect for family traditions. That’s how they became Barolo wine producers & obtained the prestigious Docg Dogliani attainment in 2006, that’s how they have currently reached the production of 350.000 bottles per year of fine wines, appreciated all over the world. With the care for details, like in the choice of corks: unique pieces from Portugal and Sardinia; with a modern computer controlled fermentation cellar where wine rests into elegant cement tanks with a wine glass shape; with a majestic Barolo cellar where to breathe air of excellence, among 45 year old barrels.
